How to make Cruzer 128 GB flash drive an installer for High Sierra in iMAc?

I am having trouble with making Cruzer an installer for High Sierra as a rescue emergency disk.

It refuses to be able to format Cruzer as GUID partition. So Installer rejects the Cruzer.
