Forgotten Password

Hi all.

I’ve recently found a few old SanDisk SecureAccess V2 USB drives I’d forgotten about. One of them I can get into as they have the ‘Forgotten Password’ option but the other one doesn’t seem to have that option and I can’t remember the password. I’ve tried everything I thought it might be but to no avail.

Is there anyway I can get back into it without losing what is currently on the drive?

Many thanks

Paul

Hello,

no there is no way to retrieve the data of the secure access software if you do not know the password of the vault

Did you store the password in somewhere?  Or you can’t access the data without the right password.
