Extreme USB 3.0 32Gb not recognized by ms windows. Suddenly

Hello. Got a situation here. One day my  Extreme USB 3.0 32Gb get down - i cant recognize it at several win 7 PC’s. Just cant see at devices or disk list in explorer. No one utility can help me: they also see nothing, or wright “disk busy”. After several minutes (5-10) systems can recognize something, and in explorer i see “flash drive”, but cant rule it. Same situation at 3 PC’s with win 7 (enterprise, pro, x86, x64). But i can see drive in BIOS. trying to boot from liveCD\usb with it  - failing, system just booting and booting and do nothing till i remove drive. Before that black monday it worked well. Any suggestions? cant try linux or something else.
