Can't see SanDisk Ultra USB Flash Drive 16GB

Hello people. How's it going ?

So yesterday I bought a brand new SanDisk Ultra USB Flash Drive 16GB

This exact one > http://www.sandisk.com/products/usb/drives/sandisk-ultra/

Plugged it in my PC running Windows 7 32BIT and it installed drivers everything whent ok.

But flash drive IS NOT VISIBLE IN MY COMPUTER. I CANT A ACCESS it .

I tried unistalling drivers and reinstalling

Then I tried cleaning registry from VID_0781 (according to this post http://kb.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/205)

But still cant see it in my computer

It's visible in device manager as you can see but not my computer.

Then I plugged it on my second PC running Windows XP and it recognized it. I formatted the FLASH drive FAT32 deleted everything from it (secure access etc.) but still cant see on my Windows 7

Drivers are typically loaded on the system OS. Try updating Windows.

Re: Can't see SanDisk Ultra USB Flash Drive 16GB

My Laptop was recently reformatted and one of the device we used for booth is the Sandisk USB ultra 3.0. During the process the systems hangs and was found that the USB port is defective. Tried to check the USB Utra 3.0 to other PC and the device was not detected. and an error was found below:

Need support if this is reparable.

Thanks
