64gb Cruzer Glider only 30gb

I was wondering if you could tell me why the 64gb flash drive I just bought has only 30gb of available space.  I just took it out of the package, and since I paid $30 for 64gb, I would like to have 64gb.

Hello,

in that case you have to ensure that your OS supports the ExFat format and then format the drive on exfat in the Disk managment or with HP tools.

Sounds like it could be counterfeit. $30 is awfully cheap for a 64GB card. Did you buy it from an authorized SanDisk dealer?

You can test it with h2testw.
