Updating SanDisk Firmware in Linux

I have a SanDisk 128GB SSD SDSSDP-128G-G25 and I would like to update the firmware.  How do I create a bootable flash drive in Linux (Ubuntu 13.04) to do this?

Thank you!

You have the latest FW for the SSD you have. There has not been any FW update released. If one is released the FW ISO will be posted here so you can download and burn to a CD.

Thanks!

Make sure the CD/DVD drive is the first device in the boot sequence defined in the BIOS, and restart your computer with the newly created CD/DVD boot disk inserted.
