I have a 128 SSD with Win 7 OS installed and a 1TB hard drive with games and other data, can i format the ReadyCache SSD and use it in RAID configuration with the hard drive and Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers to boost the performance of the hard drive?
no, the readycache caching system is designed for computers running HDD as the system drive. As for RAID you would want at least 2 disks with similar performance. having one disk in a RAID faster than the other will not speed up the data that is stored on the slower disk.
