SSD Toolkit hangs the entire OS, can't update my firmware.

Hopefully it gets some more attention here as the other board area doesn’t seem very active, and support never replied my ticket at all.

Edit, nvm, made a new ticket after posting here, and within 30 minutes I got a fix from support. (not to the app itself, but an alternate way to update the fw).
