That is a blatant lie. It is not supported. Look at the posts! 
I have already contacted the Department of Consumer Affirs involved in my State in the USA.
Again, please don’t buy this product - you will be stuck with it and it’s multiple problems.
You can’t even use the whole cache without continually flushing it or having a reset.
Nobody from SanDisk even cares… What a ripoff.
