I installed a 32 Gb Readycache Sandisk hard-drive in place of a 16 Gb which was showing Smart error (HP Pavillon).
The HD is correctly recognized by the system. I installed Expresscache 1.3.2, install is ok but at reboot when trying to launch the expresscache software the following error is shown:
Expresscache can not launch. Try using the original user account for the first time. Of course the install has been done with administrator pivileges with the same admin user used to launch the application.
What is however more worrying is that by command line typing eccmd -info I get the message
Expresscache Command version 1.3.112.0

Failed to retrieve product license information
Which is strange as during install everything seems recognized properly. This suggests the service is not running. Any hint?
