Zune is abandoning its’ installed base to focus on zune hd and the phone market. If Sansa has a competitive product, it may want to announce early to pick up customers who are disgruntled about the way MS treats them.
Misleading topic title. They’re only “abandoning the installed base” if they’ll no longer offer customer support for older Zunes.
