I know there is a similar thread below, but i think my problem is a bit different. My computer isnt detecting the player and when i turn it on, it doesnt go past the Sandisk logo. I just bought it today!!! And I live in another country so i cant even get it shipped to the US tha easily.
Please help!!
please do a reset (slide the power button up and hold there for 10 seconds)…then slide the button back to hold mode and then press-n-hold the center button while plugging in your PC to get it into MSC mode…format the device…unplug it…then get the firmware and upgrade it to fix the problem.
