So I was using it the other day and i tried to turn it on while doing some yardwork. It stayed on the logo screen for a few minutes then went to the “Refreshing your media” screen and will not change. I’ve tried completely depleting the battery, I’ve tried holding the left array button during USB connection, and I’ve tried resetting it and nothing works. And I can’t update the firmware if it wont connect/be recognized by the PC.
