So a few months, I had to get my computer fixed. The store recommended to buy a Passport Esst. to backup my files just in case. They backed up my files while at the store. About afterwards, when I tried to do my own backup at home, it won’t happen now. My computer does read that there is a Passport and files are in my Passport too. However, when I click the “Start Backup”, nothing happens.
Please help.
