My Connect has been working just fine until today. It functions properly, but I’m not able to access its internal memory at all except from the Connect itself. Whenever I try to open it up in Windows Explorer, it just freezes up. Whenever I try to get to it using the Yahoo! Jukebox, it doesn’t recognize it. Same thing with RealPlayer and Windows Media Player. So I have absolutely no way to add new music to it. The computer detects the Connect, however I can’t get into it. In fact, sometimes whenever I just right click on the Connect’s icon, My Computer just freezes up. I’ve tried restarting the computer and Connect multiple times. So what’s my problem? o_0
Not typical of Connect to only part way get recognized. You probably nee to run recovery tool to get reformat and reload application.
