Windows 7 can detect my WD portal but i cant drop files in it?

i open the smartware there is my drive but with a red cross in it

how do i solve this problem?

i can’t fix it

Hello,

Check if the drive is seen on the computer. Also try uninstalling and reinstalling WD Smartware.
