Why doesn't the \Windows folders get backed up?

I see that the \Windows directories do not get backed up even when selecting all of C: Drive.

I was wondering why?

Because the backup is for data, not OS. You need a disk image made during setup of PC. You didn’t do this? Then find the setup procedure of your PC and use DVDs to make image,. it will take around 3 DVDs or so.

Thanks Mike, I did that but I thought that it would get the latest changes each time I backed up.
