White Screen of Death

Just a quick note to all.

Best Buy and tech support helped me a lot to exchange my Fuze for a new one.  Got the White screen of death but could connect it to the computer.  Was able to download my music from the player but when I tried to reset it, it became a brick while the tech was online with me.

Best Buy exchanged it with me fast.  I had my Fuze for less than 30 days but I still had up to 45 days because I was in their rewards program.

While updating the new one, I see the firmware has been updated again.

Makes me scared but I will tell you that this is a great player for the price.  Lots of options but do wish I could make the system handle Audiobooks easier.  Don’t need all the different ways to get to the book just one.
