Which firmware update should I use?

well my book home edition triple interface goes to sleep after an hour, I found this topic solution

but wich link sould I use if I’m using my hard drive on fat 32 format in my PS3

my computer works with windows but I want to be sure which one to use.

Use the “My Book Home Firmware Update - PC.”  The different types of firmware updates are only for whichever operating system you will use to do the updating.  Just make sure that you connect the drive to your pc with USB, and don’t have any other external drives connected at the same time.  Of course, follow all the other recommendations as well.  You will want to turn off your virus protection and make sure to back up any data on the drive that’s important to you.
