What kind of speeds is everyone getting?

Hello,

I got my usb 3.0 my book attached and I expected faster speeds. I get about 40-65 mbps for transferring a movie, when i transfer a large file (like 20 movies) the speed decreases to around 20. What is everyone elses speeds?

Can you specify  which speed  BPS or bps?

Ok that sounds about right then good speed

On USB 3.0?

I get 34MB/s peek (on 3 - 4GB files)  with  my USB 2.0 My Passport Essentials SE.

NOTE: It is formatted with NTFS - 64K Allocation Unit Size.
