What is the status of SanDisk RMA process?

I have to replace a SanDisk USB, but the RMA service status is changed to Unresolved today. In past, I had experience to replace my Write-Protected SanDisk USB via the SanDisk RMA Service. The officer was polite and they will tell me to upload some required photos (Product Photo, Receipt) if I forgot to upload them.

This time, no officer chat to me, and the status is changed to Unresolved.
I know that SanDisk will become WD in / after 2021. The condition might like HGST.
However, I don’t have any idea of the current condition. Is the SanDisk RMA Service broken until SanDisk renamed to WD?

Your RMA has been approved. After 4-5 hours, the RMA will be changed back to pending. We await the return of your defective device, which is necessary before shipping your replacement device.
