what is going on?

Okay, so when I go to convert videos, and it’s just not happening…I says something about the memory…and then, shuts down… I have enough space, and on top of it…it says that I’m using windows 95, when i have windows xp…I don’t understand…what to do?

What says that?

Yes, when I begin to convert my videos in the conversion box…it says system needs to debug, and that there’s something in reference to the memory…and when i’ve checked out the properties of my sansa fuze, it says that doesn’t recognize that I’m using Windows xp, and when I go to check the updater, it says I’m not connected to the internet. I’ve unplugged and re-plugged my sansa and it does the same thing over and over again…I’m not sure what to do next , or even now. What would be the next step? Thanks.

It sounds like a Windows issue, not a Sansa issue.

Btw, it’s less confusing for all if you don’t make multiple posts/requests about the same problem. It won’t get you an answer any quicker.

Wait for a reply and respond in the same thread.
