I downloaded the converter software a few times just to make sure it wasn’t corrupted. I downloaded extra codecs. And maybe the most important item, go into system settings on your Fuse, scroll down to USB and make sure to set the USB to MSC. When downloading music, audiobooks, etc. change the setting to USB MPT. I was able to download a video that previously would hangup.
I hope this helps others out there. I know how frustrating the process can be having spent about 3 days trying everything I could think of.
