I installed Passport Essentials in December, completed a successful backup, WDSmartware.exe is running but no files are being backedup up. They are all the same as they were when I did the initial backup.

I did reinstall the software … but maybe I’m confused. Should I be able to see the files I selected for backing up by opening the Passport Essentials drive through Explorer or are they “hidden?”
Well the backup folder is not hidden, if you explore the passport you should see a folder with the name smartware.swstor.
