WDFME.exe Error Messaage

When I boot up my computer I get this message

szAppName : WDFME.exe szAppVer : 1.4.2.4 szModName : msvcr90.dll

szModVer : 9.0.30729.1 offset : 0006c955

I would appreciate any suggestions for correcting the problem. It seems to have happened after I upgraded my software to the latest version for My Passort 500

Hi there! That’s the Smartware engine, what if you uninstall the software and install it again?
