My unit was working fine for months and suddenly it stopped cycling through movies and repeating at the end by going to movie #1. I have 200+ movies loaded on a 256gb USB stick (USB3) and its worked fine for the last year or so. It will play one movie and just stop. The manual I downloaded and the manual WD sent me are almost the same. The manual shows a video setting that has 3-4 selections, or so, and one is repeat all. The manual shows a setting of a circle with two arrow points indicating a clockwise rotation. I set it to the correct one and it doesn’t continue past the movie selected. Our older model, which has the circle, works well with that usb so the USB is not at fault. My emails return the manual each time. Any Ideas anyone?
Why don;t you tell us the name and model of the device so WE don’t have to look it up by model number!. It also would have helped if you had found the forum for the device instead of putting your post into the feedback forum.
