WD3200BEKT read on win 7 laptop FROM hp LAPTOP broken to recuperate data

Hi!

I was using a HP laptop that died on me. Removed the HDD (WD3200BEKT - DATE 17 SEPT 2011), installed it in an external case (Retail Plus eu3.0).

HDD in a USB case - is not recognized at all by Windows 7. From another laptop Win10 - keep buzzing in and out, but never see it in external drive list.

Would like to retrieve data, format the drive and then use it as an external drive.
