I have this WD10TMVV 1.0TB and the light comes but it doesn’t spin and you can’t hear it. The computer messages says it malfunctions. PLEASE HELP!!! I have very important data in it.
Tried several different computers and wires but no luck.
Well dude, there’s not much you can do if the drive doesn’t spin. The case could have gone bad.
Call WD for a replacement.
