WD Unlocker Behaviour

I am using a 1TB USB3 My Passport.

Format :    Mac OS Extended (Journaled)

2 Partitions (250 + 750)

I have enabled WD Secutiry V1.0.4.3 to password protect the HD.

When ejecting these volumes from my macs, I get a message saying they can’t be ejected due to programme running (Unlocker). The option presented is then to ‘Force Eject’

I can’t find anything to ‘Quit’ so need to Force Eject which I believe is risky.

Any Tips here?

The unlocker will not work well on a drive that has multiple partitions

try using just one partition and you’ll see the error will disappear
