WD Ultra Passport Not Fully Backing Up Files - WHY?

Have External WD Ultra Passport (Windows 10) set to back up documents. Backs up the folders but is not backing up all folders with in those folders. ie; text files, images. Example: backs up my folder name CTB, there are 18 files and folders inside but has only listed 5 items, same is true for all others folder names.

Whats is the problem? Why is it not backing up my entire drive for documents?

I recommend you uninstall and reinstall WD Smartware and then try again.
