Sometimes SmartWare crashes. New or changed files will then not be saved. If the PC restarts, SmartWare then is the meaning, all files are correct saved. I have found this problem more than one time, reported to support. The SmartWare application was fixed, but the problem still happens.
My request is to spend SmartWare a sanity job, which will be performed, when SmartWare starts up. This sanity job checks all the folders, which are marked to be saved. This can be done in a less priority thread. If the sanity job finds unsaved files, then they will me marked and saved in background.
