WD Smartware Pro Not Backing Up All Files

I’m using WD Smartware Pro and I have the folders I want selected for the backup and I have them scheduled. They start on time but not all of my files get backed up.  For example:

  1. .pst files are not backing up

  2. My Music folders are all checked but not all of them back up, in fact only 1 of 6 folders backs up and even then it misses part of the files

I’m using a WD EX2 NAS

Any thoughts?

Hi, 

Are you running the latest version of the software? If not, what’s the version of the software that you are running?
