Haven’t purchased my WD external drive yet but needed to be sure it will do what I need so I’m hoping this is an easy question for one of you “experienced” Smartware users. Does Smartware has the capability to save nightly backups, without over-writing the previous backup? I would like to have two weeks of backups at any given time. Also, is there a instructional video I can review before my purchase? Thanks for any assistance.
Hello, after Smartware does the first backup, it will only continue with the new files that you add to your computer. You have the option to do continuous backup or schedule a backup. Check the link below for more information.
