WD SmartWare backup on NAS

Good morning,

I bought a WD My Cloud EX 2 and I wanted to create a backup of my files from the internal disk of the PC to the NAS on the network via WD SmartWare software.
Only that when I choose the backup destination sees me only DropBox.
Did I do something wrong?

Hello,

Are you able to see the NAS device from the computer if you go to the network section?, you can check to see if the firewall on you computer might be blocking the device from showing, make sure first that you can see the unit from the computer.

yes, I can see my NAS in the network folder in windows7, but not visible in WDSmartWare.
