WD Smartware backup from another disk (not startup disk)

Hi!

I want to use Smartware as a backup on one of my internal disks (I have 2 internal disks, 1 with startup and all programs, 1 other internal with music and files and stuff and also 2 external disks, I’d like to create a backup for my files on the second internal disk, how do I do this? I only see the startup disk and nothing else.

I don’t think the Smartware will do what you want. It only backs up select file types. It does not backup the entire system. I don’t know about Macs but what does Time Machine do? You may need to buy backup software to make your system backups.

Smartware only lets you select the source drive on Windows.
