WD SmartWare: Backup Folder/File count is less than Source Folder/File count

WD SmartWare version 2.4.10

I have a single folder selected as the source of my backup process. This single folder has 1213 subfolders and 54350 files.

I’m using a continuos backup.

When I look @ this folder on my MyCloud drive, my backup destination, via windows explorer, the folder only has 1070 subfolders and 53862 files.

Why the difference? Are all of my files not being backed up?
