Hi, I have a WD My Book Live Duo but when I start the exe, it doesn’t work and it says “WDSmartWare.exe didn’t find by Windows.Try again…” Please help…? 
If you haven’t been able to install Smartware, try to download the latest installation file from the WD Support page.
