I am running Win 7/64, and a 2TB OneTouch II is continuously connected to a USB port. At irregular intervals, sometimes as often as every 10 minutes, I need to dismiss an irritating autoplay popup window related to the One Touch. If I knew which autoplay driver it used, I would go into the Registry to disable it. Is there a better solution?
I am confused. If you are having connectivity issues with a Seagate drive, then how does it relate to a WD My Passport drive? Would you happen to not experience the pop-up messages when you are using only one of the two hard drives?
I’m sorry; I wrote without thinking. I do own a Seagate OneTouch, but the spurious popups have related to my MyPassport.
