I have not been using my WD Passport for some time, Had issues with it after I upgraded my PC. I left it aside for a very long time. Now I wish to try resolve the issue. Have got my Passport connected via a USB port and all appeared to be fine as my list of disk drives. Entering my password, it disappears. I need help
It seems that your drive is now not compatible with updated version of Windows. You should check your drive by going to device manager and update your drives driver software to make it compatible the new Windows.
