Hi guys, I have a problem with my external drive ( Passport Essential Se 500gb ). One day when i insert my cable to my external to use it i feel some pins are bend and when i look it to my external drive the 1 pin is already bend so i cant use my external ( not reading by the pc ) and no power. When i stand the pin that is bend the pin was cut. :frowning:

What will i do? I came from philippines how to repair my external. I have a lot of files there. I think i need to replace the USB on external.

ufff that’s bad, you might need to contact data recovery professionals. The thing is if your drive is not been seen by your PC you won’t be able to recover the data by software…
