hi there im new to the forums but i went to my friends house gave him my hd to plug into his computer he sat it on top if his computer i was messing with my phone i look up and it fell of his computer and hit the ground now when i plug it up it makes continous beeping noise when i plug it up and windows dont find it after like 6min the beeping noise stops and u can see the activity light works is my hd screwed? i bought it from walmart with no exteneded warranty and have none of the original packaging thanks
sorry for the bad news but the drive is probably done for. No warranty or extended warranty will cover dropping it.
