Brand new laptop, when i plug the drive in via usbc and try to copy a file off it starts then the transfer slows down to 0 and it sits there for a while then disconnects and windows tells me the drive has malfunctioned. I have another laptop which this doesn’t happen on but this happens to this one laptop when plugged directly into usbc port or through a usbc hub. It does not happen when using the supplied usbc to usba adapter, or when plugged in to a usbc hub using the usb a adapter. I have two of these and they both do this same thing when copying files off
