I have a mobilelite G3 from Kingston and when I connect my WD my passport ultra to it, it won`t see it has anyone had the same problem and knows how to solve it?

I have the same problem but cant seem to solve it. Have found a way yet?

Hi @Ruud_van_Gerven - just to clarify, you are connecting a WD My Passport Ultra drive via USB to a Kingston MobileLite G3, and then accessing the MobileLite G3 wirelessly from your phone with the associated app, right? And your issue is that you cannot see the My Passport Ultra in that app?
Unfortunately, I think we’ll have to refer you to the folks at Kingston to find the solution here. But I would be remiss if I didn’t also mention that the WD My Passport Wireless Pro is an excellent 802.11ac-wireless, camera-card-copying, 4K-video-streaming, all-day-battery-lifing, smartphone-recharging alternative…with a hard drive built-in.
Ruud, do you fint a solution for this?
