I have been using a WD My Passport 2TB USB Portable for almost 1.5 years.
I have lots of important files on my hard disk but it’s not showing data properly showing file name un-readable format and also not able to copy any file.
Please help me to recover the data from my hard disk. I am really very worried about my data backup.
Device Name Showing Like: V#+Hù+GS¦ s
Following Error message is showing :

I:-a)ùFs;¦.++ü refers to a location that is unavailable. It could be on a hard drive on this computer, or on a network. Check to make sure that the disk is properly inserted, or that you are connected to the Internet or your network, and then try again. If it still cannot be located, the information might have been moved to a different location.
