Hi
I just opened my new My Passport SSD 256 WDBK3E256OPSL-OC and i face a problem. It is working in all usb ports 3.0 but usb C. My computer can see a device while the ssd is plugged in usb c but not as storage device.
i have communicated with technical support of my laptop and although i have done all the actions still the ssd is not working in usb c.
Do you have any idea how to fix this issue?
