WD my passport lost half of my disk 2TB

Does anyone knows the correct numbers( #cyl, #sectors, #what fat, …) of this External disk ?

what are HD Jumper settings ?

what’s the initial  setup of this disks ?

I didn’t change factory settings,  I’d like to compare with the original settings …

If I open the disk I can’t access about 500 GB of pictures, documents…

disk 2000 GB / 1862 Gib  seems too small !!   << 2265 GB / 2109 Gib

check the harddisk size : hd jumpers settings, bios detection

i’m running now DLGDIAG (but it will run for 16 hours)

Seems like you have a corrupted partition or some corrupted files. You may try to recover them using data recovery software.
