Dear All,

I have bought 2 days ago a new WD My passport Ultra HD, but unfortunately it is not reckoned by neither my MacBook Air nor from windows.

Before I dump away, can you recommend me what shall I do?

Are you able to see the drives on disk utilities or disk management?

In my opinion, you should replace it if it is covered under warranty.
