WD My Book Saves Wrong Time

I have a WD My Book 8tb Model WDBBGB0080HBK. When I copy/save files from my PC hard drive to My Book, the time for the file in My Book is always off by one or two seconds from the file on my PC hard drive. Therefore, when I make changes to a few files on my PC and then copy/save my PC files to My Book all files are shown as different (since even the unchanged files have a few seconds difference in the date/time) such that I have to resave ALL of my PC files to My Book to ensure that the few files that actually have changes are saved. I have thousands of files such that looking at each file to determine which ones have actually been changed is not time effective but having to continually resave all files instead of just the few changed ones is annoying. I have never experienced this problem before with an other external hard drive as usually the files copied/saved to the external hard drive will show the exact same date/time as the original file on my PC’s hard drive. So is there a way when copying/saving a file to WD My Book to have the date/time sync perfectly with the date/time shown on the original file on my PC?
