WD My Book 3TB problem in WD Utilities

Hello everyone,

since I moved to ne newest version of WD Drive Utilities my 3TB My Book is not working anymore. I also can’t do any drive tests. I seems to start but it’s going to fail after some seconds.

I’ve reinstalled the tools several times without any success.

Looks like WD Drive Utilities recognizes the My Book Thunderbolt Duo just fine. You might want to check if the firmware of the My Book is up to date.
