WD My Book 2T--the music folder isn't recognized by Windows Media Player

Hi, 

So, I un-installed the WD Drive Unlocker because it seemed that eveytime I turned on the CPU, and opened windows, it had to reload the library every time. 

Now, it will not recognize the music files on the external drives, and only recognizes it as a “sync” device.  

Can someone please help or offer some advice, so that I can get to listening to my music and working?  Thank you, all, very much.

Hello,

How did you copied the files to the external drive? Did you just copied or moved them or you created a backup using a backup software?
